The last day of our regional heatwave marks the first day back of your local San Francisco forecast newsletter. We’re glad to be here as summer arrives and we all monitor for signs of what is traditionally known as wildfire season in Northern California.

Thursday is another day of bright sunshine with temps moving back down below 70 across the city. Warm wind will pick up mid-afternoon, and overnight lows will dip back into the mildly pleasant mid-50s.
