Currently in San Francisco — November 14, 2023: Rain returns to SF

Plus, last call for the Currently Weather Service pre-launch survey.

The weather, currently.

Showers likely Tuesday

There’s a substantial chance of rain on Tuesday, mostly before 10am. After that, we’ll see some partly sunny skies and light wind, and highs will be in the high 60s. Overnight into Wednesday morning, showers should continue with a low near 50. From the look of things, it’ll stay damp and slippery all over the city throughout the next days. Stay safe out there!

What you need to know, currently.

In order for the new Currently Weather Service to live up to our hype, I want to ask for everyone’s pre-launch thoughts one last time.

This survey will be part of the baseline data we’ll use to build the weather service around the community’s needs and make sure it’s something people love to use. Completing the quick survey will also put you first in line to try out the new weather service yourself.

Could you take this two-minute survey right now to help us understand what your dream weather service might be like? Thank you so much to each of you who have already responded.

The launch version of the weather service dropping later this week is just the beginning. We want to continually improve this service in direct response to what people actually need and how people are using it. And, as you’ll quickly see, the suggestions folks have already made are fantastic. Keep ‘em comin’.
